Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that content hosted on Zexyo.xyz infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice requesting its removal.

Required Information

Your complaint must include:

1. A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
2. The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content.
3. Your full legal name.
4. Your email address and/or telephone number.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
7. Your electronic or physical signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
2. Your full legal name and contact information.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your electronic or physical signature.

False Claims

Submitting knowingly false copyright complaints or counter-notifications may result in legal liability.

Review Process

Zexyo.xyz reviews copyright complaints as quickly as reasonably possible. Submission of a complaint does not guarantee removal of content. Each report is reviewed individually.
