Content Removal Requests

Zexyo.xyz is a discussion platform that permits commentary, criticism, opinion, reporting, and discussion regarding publicly available online content, public actions, internet communities, content creators, public figures, and matters of public interest.

We generally do not remove content solely because it is critical, controversial, unflattering, embarrassing, satirical, or unwanted by the subject of the discussion.

If you believe content on Zexyo.xyz violates the law, infringes your rights, contains materially false information, discloses private information, or otherwise violates our policies, you may submit a removal request for review.

Please include:

1. Your full legal name.
2. The URL(s) of the content in question.
3. A detailed explanation of your complaint.
4. Any supporting evidence or documentation.
5. Your relationship to the person or content involved.

Examples of Issues We May Review

• Copyright infringement.
• Defamation or demonstrably false statements of fact.
• Publication of private personal information (doxxing).
• Impersonation or identity misuse.
• Harassment, threats, or unlawful content.
• Court orders or legal demands.
• Violations of Zexyo.xyz policies.

Protected and Vulnerable Individuals

Zexyo.xyz recognizes that certain individuals may be especially vulnerable to online attention and harassment.

As a matter of policy, we may remove or restrict content involving individuals who are known to have severe learning disabilities, significant cognitive impairments, or similar conditions where publication appears primarily intended to mock, exploit, harass, or take unfair advantage of that individual.

Requests regarding vulnerable individuals should be sent to [email protected] and include any information necessary for us to evaluate the request.

All requests under this policy are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Removal is not automatic and may depend on the nature of the content, the public interest involved, the individual's online activity, and other relevant circumstances.

Review Process

All requests are reviewed individually. Submission of a request does not guarantee removal of content. We may request additional information before making a determination.

Following review, content may be left online, modified, restricted, or removed at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Important Notice

Zexyo.xyz supports lawful discussion, criticism, commentary, and reporting. Content will not ordinarily be removed solely because it is negative, embarrassing, controversial, satirical, critical of an individual or organization, or because a person disagrees with opinions expressed about them.

Abuse of Process

False, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive complaints may be rejected without further action.
